Our core work is comprehensive administrative support services to non-profit membership and leadership organizations which includes regular and special client board and committee meetings, annual meetings, travel and study trips, and socials.

We also provide one-time support for other corporate and professional special events with turnkey event planning and management, typically with more content involvement and support than many social event-oriented planners


We have hosted business groups coming
into Texas & we have organized trips to many
cities in North America as well as Europe,
Asia, Africa, & South America.
Our team will manage every aspect of a special
kind of trip. We make travel arrangements, ground transportation, book hotels/restaurants/guides and
we work to access hard-to-get venues and speakers.
We don't do cookie-cutter trips!


We have seen a lot of the unexpected.
Whether at a big meeting in Dallas when the valet parking service is understaffed in a rainstorm or a video system failure or abroad when a labor strike requires a change of plans, we do not leave the client to call an audible on their own.
We come up with a Plan B, fast for our clients.
