Each year, the MOJC team helps our clients manage their activities-both business and social- with proactive and experienced guidance.
We plan and manage between 250 to 400 events per year.
We suggest agendas, recruit speakers, arrange accommodations, find novel and new venues, and manage the budgets.
Our best work is done in small group meetings and with clients' officers, pointing out potential problems and avoiding problems while shaping opportunities for meaningful events by giving proactive advice.
We are more than note takers and bill payers; we help develop strategies for more effective and satisfying events.



Every event program and special events is customized and staffed carefully.

MOJC has built relationships with diverse venues, caterers, a/v specialists, and photographers
who help us tailor each event to meet clients' needs.
And ensure that attendees leave satisfied.
Our clients travel with special goals, usually for a mixture of peer meetings, culture, and fun.

We have hosted business groups coming into Texas and we have organized trips for Texans to every city in North America as well as Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.

From travel arrangements, ground transportation, hotels and restaurants, and guides to access to hard-to-get venues and speakers.
Our team will manage every aspect of a special kind of trip.

We have seen a lot of the unexpected.
Whether at a big meeting in Dallas when the valet parking service is understaffed in a rainstorm or a video system failure or abroad when a labor strike requires a change of plans, we do not leave the client to call an audible on their own.
We come up with a Plan B, fast for our clients.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to client privacy and confidentiality.
